The agreement between us

1 · What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website and to Arabic Hero, both produced by LaSihra. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2 · Who may use the service

• Guest play is available to everyone and does not require an account.
• Account creation is available to people aged 13 and over.
• If the game is used in a classroom, the teacher or school remains responsible for supervision.

3 · Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting access to your account. You may request deletion at any time through the contact page.

4 · What is not allowed

• Abusing another player or using an offensive name or content in a room.
• Manipulating game results or leaderboards.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the service, or access another person's data.
• Copying game questions or content for republication or sale.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules, without prior notice where necessary.

5 · Intellectual property

The LaSihra name and logo, the Arabic Hero name, the game design, its questions and the text of this website are the property of LaSihra.

You may play and share room links with others. You may not copy, republish or use the content commercially without written permission.

6 · The service as it is

LaSihra is an early-stage company, and Arabic Hero is under continuous improvement. This means:

• The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
• Game features may change, be added or be removed.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be free of every error, although we address the issues reported to us.

The service is provided “as is”, without implied guarantees beyond those required by applicable law.

7 · Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LaSihra is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

8 · Privacy

What we collect and how we use it is explained in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
